Pleae read the following statement

It is hereby understood that the fees paid are not reimbursable unless approved by the LSWA Board of Directors. In the event the LSWA
deems it necessary to cancel this event then any fees paid shall be reimbursed less any and all required expenses. It is agreed that booth
assembly shall not commence prior to 2:00 PM Wednesday, March 24, 2009. It is also agreed that exhibitor booth disassembly shall not
commence prior to 12:00 PM, Friday, March 26, 2009.
